These terms apply to your use of privatevues, operated by Clubi Life LTD (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.

Adults only

This site contains sexually explicit material. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and viewing adult content must be legal where you are.

Access without an account

You don’t create a password. We use the email you give at checkout to send receipts and secure access links. Keep those links private; anyone with an unused link can open your library.

Subscriptions and free trials

A subscription gives you access to a creator’s subscriber content for as long as it stays active. If an offer includes a free trial, the first charge happens when the trial ends, and then it renews every month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. See Refunds & cancellation.

One-time purchases

Unlocking a single post gives you personal access to that post for as long as it remains available on the site.

Personal use only

Content is licensed to you for private, personal viewing. You may not download, record, copy, share, resell, or redistribute it. We may end access for anyone who does.

Payments

Payments are processed by CentroBill. Charges appear on your statement as [BILLING DESCRIPTOR].

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or remove content at any time. We may suspend access for fraud, chargeback abuse, or breaking these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
