These terms apply to your use of privatevues, operated by Clubi Life LTD (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.

Adults only

This site contains sexually explicit material. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and viewing adult content must be legal where you are.

Access without an account

You don’t create a password. We use the email you give at checkout to send receipts and secure sign-in links and codes. Each expires after 15 minutes and works once. Keep them private; anyone with an unused link or code can access your purchases. You can sign in on another device by requesting a fresh email.

Subscriptions and free trials

Each creator sets their own subscription price in USD and chooses whether to offer a free trial and how long it lasts. A subscription gives you access to that creator’s subscriber content for as long as it stays active. Promotional links may offer a different trial. Your creator page and checkout show the offer that applies to you. See how pricing works.

If your offer includes a free trial, the first charge happens when the trial ends. Without a trial, you’re charged when you subscribe. Subscriptions then renew automatically every month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid a charge, or before your next renewal to stop future charges. See Refunds & cancellation.

Previously unlocked posts

New one-time purchases are currently unavailable. Any single post you previously unlocked remains available for personal viewing for as long as it remains on the site.

Personal use only

Content is licensed to you for private, personal viewing. You may not download, record, copy, share, resell, or redistribute it. We may end access for anyone who does.

Payments

Payments are processed by CentroBill. Charges appear on your statement as Privatevues.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or remove content at any time. We may suspend access for fraud, chargeback abuse, or breaking these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
