Privacy policy

Clubi Life LTD runs privatevues. This policy explains how we handle your information when you browse, watch with ads, or subscribe.

What we collect

• Your email address, to send receipts, sign-in links, and codes and to manage your subscriptions. We use a hash of your email to limit sign-in email requests.
• Purchase and subscription records: what you unlocked, when, and the payment status.
• Messages you send: creator requests and support or content reports, along with your email address, so our staff can handle them and reply.
• Cookies: an age-confirmation cookie lasting up to one year, a library sign-in cookie lasting up to 30 days, a checkout cookie lasting up to two hours to restore access after payment, and a promotional-link cookie lasting up to 30 days to apply trial offers and record which link led to a subscription.
• Ad-supported viewing: an anonymous session cookie and a server record remember which creator’s posts you can open and when another ad may be shown. Viewing access expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. The cookie can last longer if needed to remember an ad frequency limit, up to one day.

Payment details

Card details are entered on CentroBill’s secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To give you access to your subscriptions, trials, and previously unlocked posts, to send the emails you need, to handle requests and reports, to prevent fraud, to meet legal obligations, and to understand website usage and improve checkout.

Email delivery

We use Brevo to deliver sign-in emails and creator-request notifications. Creator requests are saved on our site and sent to our staff with your message and email address so they can reply.

Discretion

Our emails use neutral subject lines, and charges appear on your statement as Privatevues.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure page visits, named button clicks, successful sign-ins, video playback starts, checkout steps, trial starts and conversions, first payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, and payment failures. Events can include a creator’s public handle, a video identifier, the offer and entry point, or a general error category. It does not use analytics cookies. We do not send your email address, payment details, access-link tokens, sign-in codes, or checkout identifiers in analytics event data. Query strings are removed from tracked page URLs.

Advertising and free viewing

Advertising helps us offer videos and photos for free without requiring an account or subscription. An ad may play before a post opens. Subscribers can view the posts covered by their subscription without these ads.

We use ExoClick to deliver advertising. When an ad is requested or played, ExoClick and the advertising partners involved may receive your IP address, browser and device information, the ad placement, and events such as ad views, playback progress and clicks. They may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, personalize and measure advertising, limit its frequency, and prevent fraud. We do not include your email address, payment details, sign-in tokens or private media files in ad requests.

Read ExoClick’s privacy policy for details about its processing and privacy choices. You can also manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking advertising technologies may affect ad-supported viewing.

Our site analytics also record ad requests and loads, starts, watch milestones and watched seconds, advertiser and Skip clicks, completions, pauses and resumes, mute changes, buffering, closes, empty inventory, errors and whether viewing access was granted. Events include the creator’s public handle and, where relevant, the ad duration, watch progress, pause source, access outcome or a general error category. These events do not contain advertising tracking URLs, anonymous access tokens or buyer identity.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at support@privatevues.com. We keep payment records for as long as the law requires.
