Cancel anytime

Sign in to My library using your checkout email. Choose Cancel subscription for the creator you want to cancel, then confirm. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges.

Free trials

Free trials are optional, and each creator chooses the trial duration. If your subscription includes a trial, cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged. You keep access until the trial’s end date.

After cancelling

Your subscription won’t renew. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Because content is available as soon as you pay, payments are generally non-refundable. We will refund duplicate charges, charges made after a confirmed cancellation, and purchases you couldn’t access because of a problem on our side. Email us within 14 days of the charge.

On your statement

Charges appear as Privatevues. If you don’t recognize a charge, contact us before disputing it with your bank. We’ll sort it out quickly.
