Cancel anytime

Open My library (we’ll email you a sign-in link) and choose Cancel subscription. It takes one click, and no one will ask you why.

Free trials

Cancel before your trial ends and you won’t be charged. You keep access until the trial’s end date.

After cancelling

Your subscription won’t renew. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Because content is available as soon as you pay, payments are generally non-refundable. We will refund duplicate charges, charges made after a confirmed cancellation, and purchases you couldn’t access because of a problem on our side. Email us within 14 days of the charge.

On your statement

Charges appear as [BILLING DESCRIPTOR]. If you don’t recognize a charge, contact us before disputing it with your bank. We’ll sort it out quickly.
